I'll post more later, I have a book full of them... I'll go through and post those that may be noteworthy (some were written when I was an angry 16 year old)

Needle in a Haystack

you walked in
through that old red door
in an instant
I had to know more

tried to speak
words could not follow
left with the sound
of sadness and sorrow

Chorus:
searched my whole life
found the needle in the haystack
broken, no point, no eye
I didn't want to go back

wrote a letter
sent to you today
wishing you could change
you're gone away

Bridge:
why can't your heart see what mine sees?
empty return, I will never be free
